TL;DR

Product Owner I (Fintech): Managing product backlogs and coordinating development efforts within an Agile Scrum team with an accent on prioritizing initiatives and aligning cross-channel experiences. Focus on crafting high-quality user stories, measuring product performance, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver innovative financial solutions.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Irving, TX (Hybrid: 2 days/week in office)

What you will do

  • Direct and coordinate product development as a liaison between Product Management and Delivery teams.
  • Maintain and prioritize the product/team backlog to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate with Agile teams to craft high-quality, customer-centric user stories.
  • Measure product performance using key metrics and data-driven insights.
  • Partner with internal departments and vendors to ensure timely delivery of features within SLA.
  • Communicate project status and performance to all levels of leadership.

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
  • 0-2 years of experience as a Product Owner or Manager on an Agile Scrum team.
  • Thorough understanding of roadmap creation and backlog prioritization.
  • Proficient understanding of XML/JSON APIs, Cloud Technologies, and Data-Driven Decision making.
  • Working knowledge of Agile/SAFe Lean enterprise concepts.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Nice to have

  • Agile certification (PSPO, CSP-PO, or POPM/APM).
  • Experience in risk management or loss control management.
