What you will do

• Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel demand generation campaigns to secure high-paying global clients.
• Build and scale enterprise-grade outbound messaging channels, ensuring flawless deliverability to technical executives.
• Rigorously track pipeline data to optimize campaign performance, conversion rates, and pipeline velocity.
• Collaborate with technical delivery teams to transform success stories into high-end technical case studies and white papers.
• Take absolute accountability for SQLs, Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), and Total Closed-Won Pipeline Value.

Requirements

• 4+ years of B2B marketing experience specifically within custom software development agencies or high-end IT consulting firms.
• Proven track record of contributing to the closure of high-value, six- or seven-figure enterprise service retainers.
• Expertise in writing sophisticated, high-converting copy that resonates with technical decision-makers.
• Data-driven approach to campaign management based on statistical relevance and deliverability metrics.
• Self-starter capable of managing both macro-strategy and granular execution.
