Director Marketing, EMEA

Location: UK Remote; ideal candidates should be based in London and able to travel across Europe for additional client engagements.

What you will do

• Own the EMEA marketing strategy, methodology, priorities, and regional results.
• Lead a high-performing marketing organization through managers responsible for demand generation, partner marketing, and content.
• Oversee integrated digital, content, traditional, and event marketing campaigns across EMEA.
• Localize product messaging, positioning, campaigns, and strategies for key EMEA markets in partnership with global teams.
• Drive lead generation and pipeline development with regional sales teams.
• Measure campaign performance and ROI through data analytics and report regional performance to leadership.

Requirements

• 12+ years of marketing experience, including senior leadership responsibility across regional or global functions.
• Experience leading marketing teams and managing regional or global marketing functions.
• Strong B2B marketing expertise; SaaS, technology, or professional services experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated success developing and executing integrated marketing strategies.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
• Experience working in matrix organizations and collaborating across functions in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

• Experience in SaaS, technology, or professional services marketing.
