What you will do
- Build and maintain a network of senior sponsors across the client’s consulting and technology leadership teams.
- Develop and execute a multi-year account plan with clear growth targets and named opportunities.
- Lead the pursuit of new business opportunities both directly and jointly through partner motions.
- Collaborate with Technical Directors to translate technical propositions into compelling commercial cases.
- Manage account marketing, including joint content, co-branded propositions, and events.
- Define and align the account governance model, managing QBRs, forecasting, and operational cadence.
Requirements
- Must be based in the UK.
- Demonstrable experience growing strategic enterprise accounts using "sell-to and sell-with" models.
- Proven track record of winning new business in a services or technology environment.
- Fluency in consulting and partner dynamics, including joint GTM strategies.
- Strong working knowledge of software engineering, cloud, data, and applied AI.
- Ability to manage commercial targets and provide confident forecasting.

- Existing relationships within the management consulting ecosystem.
- Experience standing up or refining an account management operating model.
- Background including time in a delivery or technical role earlier in career.
