IAM Governance Analyst (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Plan, configure, launch, monitor, and close User Access Review campaigns using Saviynt or equivalent IGA platforms.
• Track reviewer completion, manage exceptions, validate certification results, and maintain audit-ready campaign records.
• Execute and document remediation actions, including access revocations and changes.
• Collect audit evidence, perform control testing, and verify provisioning, deprovisioning, and access changes.
• Assess IAM controls and business processes, identify weaknesses, document findings, and coordinate remediation with IAM and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in GRC, internal audit, IT compliance, identity and access management, or related areas.
• Hands-on experience with User Access Review campaigns in Saviynt, SailPoint, or a comparable IGA platform.
• Experience supporting audits and compliance activities, including evidence gathering, control testing, and auditor communication.
• Working knowledge of NIST, ISO, SOX, SOC 2, or privacy frameworks and their access-control implications.
• Experience analyzing access data, identifying anomalies, and communicating findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Expert Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, data validation, and large datasets; strong PowerPoint and Microsoft 365 knowledge.
