What you will do

• Plan, configure, and manage end-to-end User Access Review (UAR) campaigns using IGA platforms like Saviynt.
• Monitor campaign progress, track reviewer completion, and ensure timely closure of certifications.
• Support audit and compliance requirements through evidence collection, control testing, and documentation.
• Evaluate IAM controls against established policies to identify and remediate unauthorized access gaps.
• Prepare accurate responses to audit inquiries and validate access certification results for completeness.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in GRC, internal audit, IT compliance, or identity and access management.
• Hands-on experience executing UAR campaigns using IGA tools (Saviynt, SailPoint, Okta, or similar).
• Working knowledge of compliance frameworks such as NIST, ISO, SOX, or SOC2.
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and handling large datasets.
• Experience in data analysis and communicating technical findings to non-technical audiences.
• Must be located in Poland.
