Identity & Privlege Access Manager (PAM)

Location: Hybrid role based in Katowice, Warszawa, Wrocław, Gdańsk, Lublin, Opole, Poznań, or Kraków, Poland. Office and remote work are available after onboarding.

What you will do

• Define IAM and PAM architecture strategies aligned with business and security objectives.
• Assess identity and access management environments and identify improvement opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into architecture designs and solution blueprints.
• Lead IAM/PAM assessments, maturity reviews, and roadmap creation.
• Design identity lifecycle management, authentication, authorization, and privileged access solutions.
• Support Zero Trust and access governance initiatives while mentoring IAM specialists and project teams.

Requirements

• Experience with Identity and Access Management and exposure to Privileged Access Management.
• Experience designing security or IAM solutions in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on knowledge of SailPoint, Microsoft Entra ID, CyberArk, or Ping Identity.
• Understanding of security architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or SABSA.
• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform identity models.
• Strong understanding of information security, Zero Trust, access governance, analysis, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication.
