Manager, IAM Business Integration Analyst (IAM/Cybersecurity): Supporting the integration and adoption of IGA, PAM, and SSO services across enterprise application teams with an accent on business onboarding, stakeholder readiness, and IAM control alignment. Focus on translating business requirements into IAM solution designs, coordinating SDLC activities, supporting audits, and improving access management processes.

What you will do
- Support the business integration strategy for Identity Governance and Administration, Privileged Access Management, and Single Sign-On services.
- Coordinate onboarding of applications, business units, and use cases into IAM platforms, including requirements, timelines, and stakeholder readiness.
- Partner with application and engineering teams on IAM integration, business requirements, solution design, testing, and implementation support.
- Support the IAM roadmap, feature prioritization, project planning, delivery tracking, and continuous improvement of access processes.
- Coordinate communications, organizational change management, training materials, presentations, and technical documentation for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Support GRC, audit, and inspection activities by gathering evidence and documenting IAM controls.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business, or a related discipline.
- At least 4 years of experience in IT, IAM, cybersecurity, or related enterprise technology roles, including at least 2 years working with IAM platforms and concepts.
- Experience with IGA, PAM, and SSO in large, complex enterprise environments.
- Experience leading business integration, onboarding, or adoption programs with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Experience partnering with GRC, audit, or risk teams and familiarity with SOX, HIPAA, GDPR, and CCPA requirements.
- Strong project management, Agile delivery, analytical, communication, presentation, and technical-content development skills; English is required for the application.
Nice to have
- At least 2 years of experience in pharmaceuticals or another regulated industry.
- Advanced security certifications.
- Software design and development experience with Java, Python, or C++.
