Access Engineer & IAM Auditor (iGaming)

What you will do

• Design and establish a standardized access audit framework, including methodology, cadence, evidence collection, and reporting templates.
• Define risk-based audit scopes and sampling methods for a complex, multi-system environment.
• Run scheduled, periodic, and ad-hoc audits of standard, privileged, and administrative accounts.
• Audit GCP IAM, LDAP, and PAM environments for stale accounts, excessive permissions, orphaned access, and misconfigurations.
• Prepare audit-ready reports and evidence packages for internal reviews and external auditors.
• Track remediation with system and application owners, escalate overdue actions, and maintain repeatable audit documentation and runbooks.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as an Access Specialist, IAM Auditor, or in a similar role.
• Experience designing and building an access audit process from scratch.
• Hands-on experience with GCP and LDAP, including roles, permissions, service accounts, and organization policies.
• Experience with PAM tools and privileged or administrative account audits.
• Experience with IGA tools such as One Identity, Okta, Entra ID, or Keycloak.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, SOC 2, and NIST compliance frameworks; Intermediate English or higher is required.
