What you will do

• Build and deliver multi-channel CRM campaigns for football and boxing to drive revenue, upgrades, and retention.
• Own CRM activity for key sporting events, including major fixtures, tournaments, fight nights, and PPV events.
• Implement advanced segmentation and personalization to maximize engagement and conversion.
• Lead creative briefing and copywriting to produce compelling communications for sports fans.
• Establish a test-and-learn culture to continuously optimize creative assets, copy, and cadence.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, content, data, and analytics teams within a global matrix organization.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a CRM role, ideally within subscription, media, entertainment, or sports.
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end CRM campaigns in a commercial environment.
• Strong copywriting skills and a keen eye for creative detail.
• Confidence working with segmentation, personalization, and CRM lifecycle activity.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in or able to work in London, UK
