TL;DR

What you will do

• Build and execute broadcast email and SMS campaigns in Klaviyo from end-to-end.
• Perform rigorous campaign QA, including link checking, copy review, and SMS compliance.
• Write friendly, human-centric email and SMS copy that aligns with the brand voice.
• Curate and select on-brand imagery for campaign assets.
• Analyze campaign performance data and prepare reports for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with global marketing, product, and design teams to improve customer engagement.

Requirements

• Must be based in London to support hybrid office attendance.
• 1-2 years of experience in CRM or broader marketing roles.
• Strong written English proficiency with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, shifting environment.
• Curiosity and a strong desire to learn new marketing tools and strategies.
