Salary: Approx. €58,400 – €94,000 per year (depending on location)

What you will do
- Own the performance of digital channels including website, email, SEO, paid, and social media.
- Plan and execute end-to-end digital campaigns aligned with product launches and commercial priorities.
- Develop and implement content strategies and on-site SEO to increase organic search presence.
- Manage lifecycle email marketing, release announcements, and re-engagement flows for subscribers.
- Allocate and optimize paid digital spend to maximize ROI across various channels.
- Grow and engage the community across Home Assistant forums, Reddit, and YouTube.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience managing SEO, email, paid social/search, and content channels.
- Proficiency in analytics, including building dashboards and interpreting funnel data.
- Strong copywriting skills tailored for a technically literate audience.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools such as HubSpot or Mailchimp.
- Must be based in Europe.
Nice to have
- Experience marketing technical, developer-adjacent, or open-source products.
- Familiarity with the Home Assistant ecosystem or the smart home industry.
- Experience working in small, remote-first teams with end-to-end function ownership.
