TL;DR

Location: Remote (Must be based in Europe)

Salary: Approx. €58,400 – €94,000 per year (depending on location)

What you will do

  • Own the performance of digital channels including website, email, SEO, paid, and social media.
  • Plan and execute end-to-end digital campaigns aligned with product launches and commercial priorities.
  • Develop and implement content strategies and on-site SEO to increase organic search presence.
  • Manage lifecycle email marketing, release announcements, and re-engagement flows for subscribers.
  • Allocate and optimize paid digital spend to maximize ROI across various channels.
  • Grow and engage the community across Home Assistant forums, Reddit, and YouTube.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience managing SEO, email, paid social/search, and content channels.
  • Proficiency in analytics, including building dashboards and interpreting funnel data.
  • Strong copywriting skills tailored for a technically literate audience.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools such as HubSpot or Mailchimp.
  • Must be based in Europe.

Nice to have

  • Experience marketing technical, developer-adjacent, or open-source products.
  • Familiarity with the Home Assistant ecosystem or the smart home industry.
  • Experience working in small, remote-first teams with end-to-end function ownership.
