TL;DR

Digital Manager (Retail): Leading day-to-day planning, strategy, and optimization of digital campaigns for a market-leading retail client with an accent on KPI delivery and growth. Focus on executing integrated media plans, implementing test-and-learn frameworks, and managing multi-channel programmatic strategies.

Location: Hybrid (London, UK). Teams are in the office around four days a week.

What you will do

  • Lead the day-to-day planning, strategy, and optimization of digital channels including Display, YouTube, and Online Video.
  • Create, forecast, and manage accurate media plans and budgets to deliver client growth.
  • Develop and implement a Test & Learn innovation framework to improve account performance.
  • Collaborate with PPC and Paid Social account managers to deliver fully integrated media plans.
  • Manage and mentor direct reports, overseeing workflow and training.
  • Serve as the primary communication lead for clients, media partners, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Comprehensive experience in digital media within an agency, media owner, or client-side.
  • Advanced understanding of digital principles, including direct response (DR), performance marketing, paid social, and paid search.
  • Strong knowledge of the programmatic landscape, DSPs, and ad-serving technology.
  • Experience with CRM processes and the application of 1st party data to fuel campaigns.
  • Proven experience in managing and mentoring a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal English language skills and grammar.

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience with DSPs, Social Ads Managers, verification tools, and attribution modelling.
  • Knowledge of comScore, IRIS from IPSOS, and Google Ads Reach Planner.
