What you will do
- Collaborate with Senior CRM Manager to create and implement website, eCRM, and WhatsApp content aligned with digital marketing strategy.
- Design and localize marketing assets including emails, paid social, web banners, and DTC social media content.
- Assist in email campaign management: asset creation, copywriting, building, approvals, testing, and deployment.
- Analyze CRM data, prepare insights for trade meetings, and support marketing presentations.
- Support product launches and campaigns by liaising with site merchandiser and uploading marketing assets.
- Manage loyalty program activities including prize planning, asset creation, winner selection, and content updates.
Requirements
- Analytical experience with proficiency in Excel for data management and reporting.
- Good design skills with experience in Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Ability to develop engaging web and email content with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to handle last-minute requests.
- Experience with mainstream email service providers is desirable but not essential.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
- Passion for customer experience and pop culture products.
- Additional language skills in German, French, Spanish, or Italian are desirable but not essential.
