Director, Enablement (AI)

Location: US Remote; candidates must be eligible to work in the US for full-time employment.

Salary: $160,000–$200,000

What you will do

• Build and lead the enablement strategy, programs, training architecture, content strategy, and operating cadence for the revenue organization.
• Translate sales methodology and process into onboarding, playbooks, talk tracks, stage criteria, deal execution guidance, and manager coaching.
• Design onboarding and continuous learning programs, product enablement, launch readiness, competitive guidance, and field productivity initiatives.
• Partner with Revenue Operations, Product, Product Marketing, Marketing, and other stakeholders on go-to-market readiness.
• Develop AI-enabled workflows and adoption programs for content creation, knowledge discovery, coaching, training reinforcement, and customer preparation.
• Establish enablement KPIs and manage and develop an enablement team member while scaling the function.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in enablement, revenue operations, sales operations, product marketing, or related go-to-market roles.
• Meaningful experience in fintech, SaaS, or digital banking, including complex buying processes, integrations, compliance considerations, and value articulation.
• Experience building scalable enablement programs, product training, launch readiness, and competitive positioning.
• Strong communication, storytelling, cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder influence, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Demonstrable proficiency with AI tools and workflows used to improve enablement, training, content, productivity, or go-to-market execution.
• Must be eligible to work in the US; employment sponsorship is not available.
