What you will do

• Identify category opportunities across range, assortment, layout, and shelf strategy.
• Translate internal, syndicated, EPOS, and retailer data into actionable commercial insights.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailer buyers and senior category leads.
• Lead category storytelling and sell-in for innovation and range reviews.
• Perform SKU productivity analysis and provide portfolio optimization recommendations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Brand, and Marketing teams to implement category strategies.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from London, UK (Hybrid)
• Proven experience in Category Management or Category Insights within FMCG (Beauty preferred).
• Expertise in interpreting multiple data sources such as EPOS and syndicated data.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical thinking.
• Experience working directly with major retailers (e.g., Boots, Superdrug, Grocery).
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills for senior stakeholder engagement.
