Location: Hybrid (London, UK) - requires 2 days in the office

What you will do

  • Own and execute the in-life retention workstream for the multi-service customer base.
  • Drive the evolution of churn propensity models by translating data outputs into actionable marketing interventions.
  • Coordinate with Customer Service, Operations, Data Science, Product, and CX teams to deliver strategic objectives.
  • Analyze retention dashboards to derive insights and translate them into clear operational actions.
  • Manage and coach a Marketing Manager to ensure high performance and professional development.

Requirements

  • Proven project ownership in a retention marketing context, from initial insight to execution and results.
  • Strong data literacy with fluency in retention curves, annualised churn, cohort analysis, and propensity modelling.
  • Experience navigating matrix organizations to align Data, Product, and Legal teams.
  • Commercial mindset with a deep understanding of LTV, ROI, and cost-to-retain vs cost-to-acquire logic.
  • Must be based in the UK and able to work hybrid in London.
