What you will do

• Develop and execute the UK & Ireland marketing strategy aligned with commercial objectives.
• Lead integrated 360° campaigns across digital, TV, VOD, CRM, retail, and eCommerce channels.
• Manage media investment and optimize performance metrics including ROAS, CAC, CPA, and conversion.
• Drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through data-driven initiatives.
• Oversee successful product launches across multiple sales channels, including Amazon and D2C.
• Manage external creative, media, and digital agencies to ensure high-quality delivery and ROI.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in consumer marketing within FMCG, healthcare, wellness, or consumer technology.
• Proven track record of delivering integrated campaigns that drive measurable commercial growth.
• Strong experience across Direct-to-Consumer, retail, and Amazon/eCommerce channels.
• Experience managing significant marketing budgets and external agency relationships.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn customer insights into action.
• Must be based in the UK and able to work from the Berkshire office 3 days per week.
