What you will do

• Develop and implement long-term growth strategies for the Food, Beauty & Care category in the UKI market.
• Identify licensing opportunities and address market gaps across food, beauty, and care segments.
• Lead complex contract negotiations and manage day-to-day relationships with key licensees.
• Partner with Product Development teams to deliver innovative products aligned with consumer trends.
• Own fiscal responsibility for annual budget planning and quarterly revenue forecasting.
• Manage a portfolio of licensees and oversee at least one direct report.

Requirements

• FMCG background in buying, sales, marketing, or business development at a Senior Manager level.
• Strong category knowledge and passion for Food, Beauty & Care.
• Established network with FBC A-brands and UKI retailers.
• Proven ability to deliver growth through strategic thinking and commercial acumen.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic business environment.
