What you will do

• Manage EMEA regional Direct to Retail (DTR) partners including SHEIN, LPP, and Pepco.
• Develop and execute long-term cross-category growth strategies to achieve annual revenue targets.
• Lead contract management, business plan vetting, and ongoing performance reviews.
• Collaborate with creative teams to drive product innovation and ensure brand standards are met.
• Create and deliver targeted multi-category pitch presentations for upcoming movie releases.
• Analyze market trends, competitor dynamics, and retailer KPIs to identify whitespace opportunities.

Requirements

• Commercial experience in managing Direct to Retail or licensing within the entertainment industry is a must.
• Comprehensive knowledge of DTR partner timelines and creative capabilities.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proven track record of hitting targets and delivering business growth.
• Must be able to work onsite in London and travel to Poland when required.
