What you will do

• Manage day-to-day relationships with existing asset manager clients to ensure engagement and satisfaction.
• Guide clients through the onboarding lifecycle and drive the adoption of hirify.global platform solutions.
• Deliver platform demonstrations and provide ongoing training and refresher sessions for clients.
• Support account renewals and upsell initiatives, including negotiating renewal terms.
• Maintain a general understanding of regulatory considerations to support client compliance workflows.
• Track team performance and maintain visibility through Salesforce data and reporting.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in client-facing roles such as Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales.
• Experience working within a SaaS, Financial Services, or Fintech environment.
• Proficiency in using Salesforce for data management and reporting.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in or able to work in Colorado Springs, CO (Hybrid schedule required)
