TL;DR
Sales Development Representative (SaaS): Generating new sales opportunities and managing a prospect pipeline for an enterprise intelligence platform with an accent on lead generation and CRM optimization. Location: Hybrid - Must be based in Austin, TX (office attendance required 4 days a week, Monday-Thursday)
Salary: Annual OTE $80,000 ($55,000 base + $25,000 commission)

What you will do
- Identify and proactively seek new leads and business opportunities in the market.
- Utilize CRM and sales engagement platforms for cold calling and emailing to generate opportunities.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings between potential customers and sales executives.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects, driving them toward next steps.
- Refine the company’s lead generation playbook by identifying and implementing best practices.
- Report weekly and monthly performance results to the sales manager.
Requirements
- 2+ years of previous experience in Marketing, Sales, Events, or Tech.
- Ability to work from the Austin office four days a week (Monday - Thursday).
- Bachelor’s Degree recommended.
