Salary: $222,500 — $310,000 USD (Base)

What you will do

• Define the unified GTM blueprint to consolidate CRM, CPQ, billing, and provisioning stacks into a singular platform.
• Synthesize complex data models and define unified data flow standards and object relationships for cross-sell pipeline tracking.
• Design integrated commercial workflows, specifically quote-to-cash (Q2C), contract consolidation, and automated renewal triggers.
• Lead cross-functional alignment workshops with Finance, RevOps, and Product teams to establish governance guidelines.
• Drive operational GTM readiness for scaling into new markets.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and drive process simplification and automation.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Business Operations, Systems Strategy, RevOps, Enterprise Programs, or Transformation.
• 5+ years of experience in designing integrated systems, post-merger integrations, or large-scale business process consolidations.
• Proven track record of driving strategic decision-making and architectural alignment across divergent stakeholders.
• Expertise in architectural value stream mapping and system data flow design.
• Must have the legal right to work in the USA without visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Direct experience defining requirements for large-scale CRM/CPQ ecosystem migrations or billing consolidations.
• Deep understanding of scaling SaaS, subscription, and consumption licensing models.
• Familiarity with cloud Marketplace co-sell data architectures or M&A systems consolidation blueprints.
