Salary: $259,200–$312,400

What you will do

• Build, coach, and grow a high-performing team of Technical Program Managers.
• Partner with Data leadership to define and execute the roadmap for data platforms and pipelines.
• Drive flagship programs including data ingestion, enrichment, curation, and labeling.
• Establish scalable governance, planning cadences, and operational KPIs.
• Align cross-functional efforts across data, ML, and engineering teams.
• Represent the data organization in company-level reviews and strategic planning.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience delivering complex data programs as a Technical Program Manager.
• Proven track record in people leadership and scaling program functions.
• Deep technical understanding of distributed data platforms, pipelines, and large-scale infrastructure.
• Experience with Machine Learning, GPUs, and training/inference of large-scale models.
• Proficiency with tools such as Databricks, Flyte, Ray, Kubernetes, Azure, and Python.
• Must be based in or able to work from Sunnyvale, CA.

Nice to have

• Experience with large-scale distributed data platforms used by hundreds of engineers.
• Background in autonomous vehicles, robotics, or similar ML-heavy domains.
• Engineering or Computer Science degree.
