What you will do

  • Create and manage inbound and outbound lead generation processes to identify qualified opportunities for strategic account teams.
  • Respond promptly to inbound inquiries via phone and email to ensure a positive first impression.
  • Develop outbound campaigns targeting specific industries and experimental segments, pivoting based on feedback.
  • Conduct high-impact engagements with senior corporate decision-makers and influencers.
  • Analyze prospect pain points and align them with hirify.global's AI-driven solutions.
  • Consistently meet or exceed qualified opportunity quotas.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong results-driven mindset and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for selling to senior executives.
  • Ability to work independently as a self-starter with critical thinking skills.
  • Openness to feedback and a strong commitment to continuous learning.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in German, French, or Italian.
