Salary: $145,000 – $160,000

What you will do

  • Lead sales efforts for a defined product suite and territory, managing the cycle from prospect identification to closure.
  • Collaborate with the ERP POD Leader to close complex multi-suite ERP opportunities with strategic accounts.
  • Establish and manage high-level relationships between hirify.global and senior government leaders.
  • Generate new leads through networking, cold calling, and demand-generation campaigns.
  • Perform high-level, vision-setting product demonstrations for customers and prospects.
  • Manage the sales process using the MEDDIC methodology and participate in QBRs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 2 to 4 years of quota-carrying software sales experience.
  • Proven track record of hitting quotas and closing complex, consultative deals.
  • Must be based in Chicago, IL for on-site work.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
  • Experience with CRM, ideally Salesforce.
