Field Marketing Manager (B2B SaaS)

Location: San Francisco; in-office company. Travel domestically and internationally up to 40%.

Salary: $160K–$210K annually, plus equity.

What you will do

• Partner with go-to-market leadership to select and execute events that accelerate demand generation pipelines.
• Run conferences, sponsored events, executive dinners, webinars, and product launch events.
• Extend the brand across different event formats and reach target audiences.
• Generate leads and coordinate timely follow-up to support demo bookings and sales engagement.
• Define and measure KPIs including ROI, lead generation, pipeline influence, and sales engagement.
• Own lead outcomes and improve event ROI.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience planning, executing, and hosting sponsored events.
• 1–2+ years of field marketing experience at a B2B SaaS or enterprise software startup.
• Strong attention to detail, operational rigor, and project management skills.
• Experience managing tradeshows, virtual events, customer dinners, cross-functional partners, vendors, and multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with sales processes and systems.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 40%.
