Webinar & Podcast Manager (Cybersecurity)

hirify.global operates in the cybersecurity sector and is building webinar and podcast programs for B2B audiences.

What you will do

• Build and manage the webinar program, including formats, cadence, topic pipeline, registration, promotion, live production, moderation, and post-event nurture.
• Define and launch the podcast, manage the guest pipeline, produce episodes, coordinate editing and artwork, and handle distribution.
• Repurpose webinars and podcast episodes into clips, quote cards, blog recaps, social posts, and email content.
• Run joint webinars and co-marketing activities with partners, analysts, and industry publications.
• Track registrations, attendance, engagement, downloads, audience growth, and sourced or influenced pipeline.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience running webinars, virtual events, podcasts, or video programs in B2B marketing, including work in cybersecurity or with cybersecurity audiences.
• Experience building a program from zero rather than maintaining an existing program.
• Hands-on experience with webinar platforms such as Zoom Webinars, Riverside, ON24, Goldcast, or similar.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or similar.
• Strong project management, written and verbal communication, and confidence on camera and on mic.
• Ability to remain calm under live-production pressure.

Nice to have

• Audio and video editing experience with Descript, Riverside, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools.
• Hosting or moderating experience.
• An existing network of security practitioners, researchers, or analysts.
• Experience with paid promotion of events and shows.
