What you will do

• Conduct technical, solution-led product demos to convert prospects into customers.
• Drive platform adoption through hands-on training and kick-off sessions.
• Act as a technical expert to resolve user issues and share best practices.
• Collaborate with the Product Team to shape the technology roadmap based on customer insights.
• Develop a library of videos and training content to scale Sales and Customer Success.
• Represent the company at industry conferences and support marketing webinars.

Requirements

• University degree.
• 3+ years of experience in consultative intellectual property (IP) work.
• Native or fluent English proficiency.
• Strong analytical skills to translate complex info into actionable intelligence.
• Must be based in the USA (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Knowledge of IT and tech infrastructure in large corporations and law firms.
• Perspective on APIs, MCP, and AI integrations.
