Senior Solutions Engineer (AI)

Location: Must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area. This is a work-from-home role with required travel to client locations.

What you will do

• Drive strategic technical account roadmaps and engagement strategies for large enterprise customers.
• Architect and lead integration strategies to facilitate horizontal expansion within accounts.
• Craft and deliver high-impact technical presentations, demonstrations, and PoCs.
• Build functional, real-world demos incorporating core database and AI capabilities.
• Evangelize the AI suite at industry events, webinars, and through technical whitepapers.
• Provide critical product feedback to the engineering and product teams.

Requirements

• Must be located in the San Francisco Bay Area.
• 10+ years of experience in technical sales or consulting for enterprise AI, databases, or big data systems.
• Proven expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native architectures.
• Deep experience with vector/NoSQL databases, LLM integration, and RAG architectures.
• Fluency in Python and SQL with experience in distributed database systems.
• Strong understanding of the enterprise sales cycle.

Nice to have

• Experience with Graph databases or frameworks.
• Technical understanding of data and AI/ML tooling, workflows, and enterprise trends.
