Location: Hybrid (Frankfurt am Main, Germany). Ability to travel to customer sites routinely (baseline 1x weekly). Visa sponsorship is not provided.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end program delivery for enterprise customers, focusing on instrument connectivity and data pipeline configuration.
• Navigate complex pharma environments, including SSO provisioning, IT security reviews, and procurement workflows.
• Lead project kick-offs, milestone tracking, and resource planning across concurrent workstreams.
• Serve as the primary operational point of contact for Lab IT, informatics, and scientific leads.
• Collaborate with internal engineering, product, and science teams to meet delivery commitments.
• Identify and progress account expansion opportunities through successful value delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years in management consulting (top-tier preferred), enterprise SaaS delivery, or life sciences IT program management.
• Direct experience serving or working within large biopharma organizations.
• Strong scientific or laboratory domain literacy regarding instrument data processing.
• Proven ability to influence without authority and navigate political dynamics in large pharma.
• Proficiency with project management tools like Jira, Smartsheet, or MS Project.
• Undergraduate degree in life science, chemistry, or engineering preferred.

Nice to have

• PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification.
