Delivery Manager

Location: Frankfurt am Main, Hessen, Germany; hybrid workplace with remote work when not at customer sites and routine customer-site travel, with a baseline expectation of once weekly

What you will do

• Own end-to-end program delivery for a portfolio of enterprise biopharma and life sciences customers.
• Lead implementations of instrument connectivity, Tetra OS data pipelines across bronze, silver, and gold layers, and scientific use-case adoption.
• Navigate SSO provisioning, IT security reviews, validation, procurement, change control, scope management, and other enterprise delivery blockers.
• Lead kickoffs, milestone tracking, resource planning, governance, steering committees, executive reviews, and project closure across concurrent workstreams.
• Coordinate scientific data engineers, technical architects, product teams, vendors, and customer stakeholders to deliver measurable scientific outcomes.
• Manage customer handoff to steady state, resolve risks early, and identify expansion opportunities within accounts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, enterprise SaaS delivery, or life sciences IT program management, including direct experience with large biopharma organizations.
• Strong scientific or laboratory domain literacy, including understanding of instrument data from raw acquisition through processed and analysis-ready layers.
• Experience navigating procurement, IT security, change control, validation, and complex enterprise stakeholder environments.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, or MS Project, with familiarity with agile and waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, including influencing without direct authority across scientific, IT, procurement, and executive groups.
• Ability to travel routinely to customer sites; baseline expectation is once weekly, depending on account needs.

Nice to have

• Undergraduate degree in life science, chemistry, or engineering.

• PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification.
