Senior Program Manager (Fintech)

hirify.global provides a cloud-native, front-to-back SaaS platform for investment management and is expanding its dedicated DACH delivery team.

What you will do

• Create and manage detailed implementation plans for multiple concurrent client projects.
• Coordinate Clearwater, client, and third-party resources across project workstreams.
• Provide weekly status reports, lead client status meetings, and run steering committee meetings with C-level stakeholders.
• Manage project commercials, budgets, resource allocation, revenue recognition forecasts, billing, and unbilled bookings.
• Act as a trusted client relationship manager and ensure timely responses to client inquiries.
• Oversee transitions from Sales to Global Delivery and from implementation to the steady-state Client Services team.

Requirements

• Experience leading large, multi-million-dollar implementations as a Programme Manager.
• Experience delivering large-scale software solutions for asset management, insurance, investment accounting, client reporting, market data, or related financial-services domains.
• Proven experience delivering complete projects for external clients.
• Ability to identify, recommend, and implement continuous service improvements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and technical proficiency with JIRA, Excel, Clarizen, and Salesforce.
• Fluency in German and English is required; willingness to travel to client sites is required.
