SAP Project Lead / Delivery Manager (SAP S/4HANA)

What you will do

• Plan and manage SAP S/4HANA implementation programs across functional and technical workstreams.
• Maintain integrated schedules and coordinate dependencies, milestones, deliverables, critical paths, and multiple Go-Live dates.
• Manage risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, escalations, and mitigation or recovery plans.
• Facilitate governance meetings, status meetings, and Steering Committee sessions.
• Plan project resources and control budgets, forecasts, delivery margins, and actual versus planned effort.
• Manage scope and change requests while reporting KPIs to stakeholders and management.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in IT project, program, or delivery management, including 5+ years in leadership roles on complex SAP programs.
• At least one full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation, preferably greenfield, multi-company, or large industrial transformation.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA implementation governance, including Fit-to-Standard workshops, stage gates, deliverable acceptance, change control, and quality assurance.
• Experience managing complex interdependent delivery roadmaps and executive stakeholders.
• SAP Activate, PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or comparable certification.
• English C1+ and Polish C1+ required.
