Program Manager (Fintech)

Location: Office in Frankfurt, Germany; willingness to travel to client sites is required.

hirify.global provides a cloud-native, front-to-back SaaS platform for investment management and is expanding its local delivery organization across the DACH region.

What you will do

• Lead multiple large and complex client implementations with minimal oversight.
• Define project scope, create detailed implementation plans, and coordinate internal, client, and third-party resources.
• Run weekly status meetings, prepare reports, and lead steering committee meetings with client decision-makers and senior management.
• Manage project commercials, including revenue recognition forecasts, unbilled bookings, billing, utilization, and resource allocation.
• Act as a trusted client relationship manager and ensure timely responses to client inquiries.
• Coordinate handovers from Sales to Global Delivery and from implementation to Client Services.

Requirements

• Experience as a Programme Manager delivering projects or workstreams for external clients.
• Financial services experience, including investment accounting, client reporting, insurance, market data, fintech, or front-to-back office technology.
• Experience implementing large-scale software solutions in asset management and/or insurance environments.
• Strong communication skills in internal and client-facing settings.
• Strong technical skills with project management tools such as JIRA, Excel, Clarizen, and Salesforce.
• Fluency in German and English, with regular work based in the Frankfurt office.

• Experience with multi-location implementations.
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms and fintech solutions.
