What you will do

  • Outreach to prospects across multiple channels, with an emphasis on cold-calling
  • Develop and execute a lead-sourcing strategy across key verticals and maintain consistent activity levels
  • Build and manage your pipeline from prospecting to closing, including account management and upsell/cross-sell
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding and daily usage for new business customers
  • Use solution-based selling to understand customer needs and communicate Revolut Business value
  • Become a product expert on Revolut Business, supported by relevant case studies

Requirements

  • English: Fluency in English
  • 1+ years of commercial experience, especially in outbound sales and prospecting
  • Excellent phone communication and strong email/LinkedIn outreach literacy
  • Strong accountability and determination to succeed in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective time management to balance prospecting, closing, upsell, and CRM administration
  • Willingness to support customers beyond core responsibilities to ensure a great experience

Nice to have

  • Degree in finance or a business-related subject
  • Startup experience
  • Deal-closing mindset and comfort selling in complex environments to decision makers at multiple levels
  • Cross-functional project management skills
