What you will do

• Analyze business needs through workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather and prioritize requirements.
• Model and document AS-IS and TO-BE business processes using BPMN and UML methodologies.
• Create detailed process maps and workflows using tools like Microsoft Visio, Bizagi, Signavio, or ARIS.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and project managers to design scalable digital solutions.
• Identify opportunities for continuous process optimization and support the implementation of new initiatives.
• Contribute to functional testing, validation, and user acceptance activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant in an IT environment.
• Hands-on experience in business process modelling using BPMN or UML.
• Proficiency with process modelling tools such as Visio, Bizagi, Signavio, or Lucidchart.
• Professional proficiency in French and English is mandatory.
• Eligible to work in Belgium or willing to relocate to Brussels.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum or SAFe.
