TL;DR

What you will do
- Analyze business needs through workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather and prioritize requirements.
- Model and document AS-IS and TO-BE business processes using BPMN and UML methodologies.
- Create detailed process maps and workflows using tools like Microsoft Visio, Bizagi, Signavio, or ARIS.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and project managers to design scalable digital solutions.
- Identify opportunities for continuous process optimization and support the implementation of new initiatives.
- Contribute to functional testing, validation, and user acceptance activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant in an IT environment.
- Hands-on experience in business process modelling using BPMN or UML.
- Proficiency with process modelling tools such as Visio, Bizagi, Signavio, or Lucidchart.
- Professional proficiency in French and English is mandatory.
- Eligible to work in Belgium or willing to relocate to Brussels.
