What you will do

  • Build revenue pipeline by setting introductory meetings with target influencers and key decision makers.
  • Research and build accounts through rigorous outbound calling, strategic email, and social campaigns.
  • Perform business analysis of inbound and outbound prospects to engage them effectively.
  • Collaborate directly with customers, sales, and cross-functional teams to drive results.
  • Attend sales meetings, trainings, and local trade shows to stay current with technology and the ecosystem.
  • Identify and share successful outreach findings with the team to amplify collective success.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in German.
  • University degree from an accredited institution.
  • 1-2 years of customer-facing experience preferred.
  • Ability to develop strong, long-lasting internal and external relationships.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment of rapid change and adapt to management initiatives.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Effective use of AI models to optimize workflow.
