What you will do
- Build revenue pipeline by setting introductory meetings with target influencers and key decision makers.
- Research and build accounts through rigorous outbound calling, strategic email, and social campaigns.
- Perform business analysis of inbound and outbound prospects to engage them effectively.
- Collaborate directly with customers, sales, and cross-functional teams to drive results.
- Attend sales meetings, trainings, and local trade shows to stay current with technology and the ecosystem.
- Identify and share successful outreach findings with the team to amplify collective success.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication in German.
- University degree from an accredited institution.
- 1-2 years of customer-facing experience preferred.
- Ability to develop strong, long-lasting internal and external relationships.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment of rapid change and adapt to management initiatives.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Effective use of AI models to optimize workflow.
