TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (Benelux & Nordics): Qualifying and engaging with prospective hirify.global customers to feed the sales funnel with an accent on industry research and competitive selling. Focus on generating outbound activity, running outreach campaigns, and scheduling product demonstrations.

Location: Hybrid in Barcelona, must be based within commuting distance of hirify.global's hubs. Relocation support is available.

hirify.global is the intelligent platform for travel and spend management, automating everything from travel bookings to expenses and invoice processing.

What you will do

  • Understand the travel technology landscape through industry research and competitive selling.
  • Generate outbound activity and run outreach campaigns to identify and qualify potential customers.
  • Evaluate leads and schedule product demonstrations between Sales Executives and potential clients.
  • Understand the needs of target prospects and articulate the value that hirify.global provides.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with multiple teams to understand all the moving parts of a successful startup company.
  • Use Salesforce to generate and manage a pipeline of leads and opportunities.

Requirements

  • Native level of spoken and written Dutch, Danish, Swedish, Finnish, or Norwegian.
  • Highly proficient English speaker.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both spoken and written.
  • Ability to build credibility over the phone with prospects.
  • Good understanding of B2B solution selling with a short sales cycle.
  • Customer-centric mindset.

Nice to have

  • Previous Business Development or sales experience.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or similar.
