What you will do
- Deliver a five-star meet-and-greet service for all clients and visitors.
- Act as the first point of contact for queries, ensuring efficient and solution-focused support.
- Manage meeting room bookings and prioritize client meetings.
- Organize and maintain office supplies, including stock checks and replenishment.
- Oversee office security, monitor access, and manage the office switchboard.
- Provide basic Audio Visual (AV) and IT presentation support.
Requirements
- Experience in a corporate or professional services front-of-house or facilities role.
- Confidence in communicating and managing stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and video conferencing/meeting room technology.
- Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain a polished professional appearance and wear the provided company uniform.
- Location: Must be based in London, UK for this in-office role.
