What you will do

  • Manage relationships with interior design firms and international hotel groups to influence brand standards and project-specific specifications.
  • Secure specifications during concept/regional design stages and document them in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with country/market teams to hand over project details, reinforce the original specification, and manage necessary adaptations.
  • Support sales and bid teams with tendering by providing technical documentation, certifications, and justification to defend specifications.
  • Track project progress across phases (specification to tender to final delivery) and maintain accurate CRM pipeline data.
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Product Category Management, After-Sales/Customer Service, and Sales Support to ensure end-to-end project visibility and issue resolution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in architecture, interior design, engineering, business, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in specification, business development, sales, or project management in the construction or building materials industry.
  • At least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success driving specifications and securing major project wins.
  • Proven experience managing relationships with international hotel chains and A&D firms.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce for tracking projects and contacts.
