HR Advisor (Manufacturing): Providing professional HR support to managers and employees with an accent on employee relations and compliance with UK employment law. Focus on managing recruitment, onboarding, and supporting disciplinary and performance management processes.
Location: Wrexham, UK (Travel to the Aberdare site required)

What you will do
- Advise managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations matters.
- Manage disciplinary, grievance, performance, capability, and absence management processes.
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding activities to ensure a positive candidate and employee experience.
- Maintain accurate employee records and prepare necessary HR documentation.
- Support performance management, learning and development, and wellbeing initiatives.
- Produce HR reports and people metrics to support organizational decision-making.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an HR Advisor, HR Officer, or in a generalist HR position.
- Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- CIPD Level 3 or Level 5 qualification (or currently working towards one).
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel to the Aberdare site as required.
Nice to have
- Experience within a manufacturing or operational environment.
- Exposure to trade unions.
- Knowledge of HR analytics.
