Salary: €210K – €295K plus equity and commission

What you will do

  • Identify and target potential enterprise customers through research, networking, and cold calling to build pipeline and revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and serve as primary contact for largest customers.
  • Lead negotiations and close complex deals, working closely with legal and finance teams.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and collaborate with marketing to implement effective campaigns.
  • Help define and scale the go-to-market sales motion as part of an early-stage team.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, technical, and operations teams to deliver industry-leading solutions.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in London, United Kingdom and work on-site
  • 10+ years of enterprise customer-facing sales experience with managing $1M+ quotas and complex deals
  • Professional fluency in English, French, and Dutch
  • Strong communication and analytical skills with ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Familiarity with AI industry landscape and emerging trends
  • Experience building go-to-market strategies and sales teams from early stages
