Salary: €210K – €295K plus equity and commission

What you will do
- Identify and target potential enterprise customers through research, networking, and cold calling to build pipeline and revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and serve as primary contact for largest customers.
- Lead negotiations and close complex deals, working closely with legal and finance teams.
- Develop and execute sales strategies and collaborate with marketing to implement effective campaigns.
- Help define and scale the go-to-market sales motion as part of an early-stage team.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, technical, and operations teams to deliver industry-leading solutions.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in London, United Kingdom and work on-site
- 10+ years of enterprise customer-facing sales experience with managing $1M+ quotas and complex deals
- Professional fluency in English, French, and Dutch
- Strong communication and analytical skills with ability to make data-driven decisions
- Familiarity with AI industry landscape and emerging trends
- Experience building go-to-market strategies and sales teams from early stages
