TL;DR

What you will do

  • Support partners, customers, and internal teams via phone, chat, and email to resolve technical issues.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems involving connectivity and installation for GO devices and the Myhirify.global platform.
  • Provide technical expertise on database setup, user management, rules, and reporting.
  • Coordinate the return and exchange process for hirify.global devices and accessories with internal teams.
  • Develop and deliver product service training directly to resellers and customers.
  • Report severe concerns to management and maintain strict confidentiality of customer data.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in technical support and troubleshooting.
  • Post-Secondary Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English and Italian (written and spoken).
  • Working knowledge of SQL, Python, C#, or JavaScript, and data warehouses like Google BigQuery.
  • Expert level Excel skills (pivot tables, reports) and proficiency with Google Suite.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule in a 24/7/365 operation, including nights and weekends.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Ferrara, Italy.
