Borsa Italiana - Client Services and Support Analyst (Capital Markets)

Location: Milan, Italy

Gross annual salary starting from €36,500; one-year fixed-term contract under CCNL Credito.

What you will do

• Act as the central operational contact for an allocated group of clients.
• Manage incidents, escalate issues, and follow client questions through to resolution.
• Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements and support service-quality objectives.
• Identify process improvements that reduce operational risks and create long-term value.
• Contribute to operational enhancement projects, reviewing specifications and terms of reference for new products and initiatives.
• Support client developments and tests, including conformance testing.

Requirements

• Strong financial background and understanding of direct and indirect client activities.
• Previous experience in client services or a similar operational support role.
• Strong analytical, organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with project management and progress monitoring.
• Ability to build strong client relationships and maintain high service-delivery standards.
• Fluency in English and Italian is required.
