What you will do

• Provide specialist business support and consultancy to customers to ensure high satisfaction.
• Manage client relationships and act as a primary reference point for operational and technology topics.
• Execute trainings, demos, and webinars to present products and ensure client readiness for new services.
• Collaborate across divisions to ensure customer satisfaction and the completion of assigned tasks.
• Participate in and lead change projects impacting clients, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Collect and analyze client feedback to support the implementation of new business requirements.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, IT, Economics, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Must be based in Milan, Italy.
• Fluency in both spoken and written English.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a client-facing or technical support role.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
