Borsa Italiana- Technical Account Management

Location: Milan, Italy; onsite position. Start date: October 2026.

Gross annual salary starting from €36,000. Fixed-term employment contract for 1 year under CCNL Credito.

What you will do

• Provide specialist business support and consultancy to hirify.global customers.
• Manage client relationships, communications, and external documentation for operational and technology topics.
• Deliver customer trainings, product demos, and webinars.
• Collaborate with internal divisions to resolve customer needs and complete assigned activities.
• Participate in change projects affecting clients and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Collect and analyze client feedback to support new customer and business requirements.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Economics, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Interest in information technology and the financial sector.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• One to three years of experience in a client-facing or technical support role is preferred.
