TL;DR

What you will do

  • Monitor system synchronizations and automatic notifications.
  • Manage and resolve technical incidents and product issues.
  • Perform environment monitoring, log reviews, and SQL queries.
  • Configure system components and implement integrations with client systems.
  • Manage authentication protocols including LDAP, SAML, and SSO.
  • Collaborate with clients to clarify integration requirements and resolve technical queries.

Requirements

  • Spanish and English proficiency are mandatory.
  • Advanced Vocational Training in IT or equivalent experience.
  • Approximately 2 years of experience in a similar technical support role.
  • Strong understanding of authentication management and system integration.
  • Ability to perform SQL queries and analyze system logs.
  • Pragmatic approach to problem-solving and ownership of technical tasks.
