TL;DR
Technical Success Manager (Cybersecurity): Driving platform adoption and technical value realization for enterprise customers with an accent on security operations and risk mitigation. Focus on building trusted relationships with technical stakeholders, identifying adoption gaps, and ensuring long-term customer health and renewal readiness.
Location: Hybrid position, must be based in Italy (minimum 3 days per week in Milan office or remote from Rome).

What you will do
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with customer security and IT teams.
- Create and execute technical success plans to drive platform adoption and measurable value.
- Identify and resolve technical blockers, integration challenges, and operational gaps.
- Use usage and health indicators to proactively manage retention risks and underutilization.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to support expansion, upsell, and renewal strategies.
- Champion the voice of technical users to influence product feedback and success requirements.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role (e.g., CSM, TAM, Technical Consultant).
- Strong understanding of enterprise cybersecurity, networking, cloud, or SaaS environments.
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical guidance for diverse stakeholders.
- Experience engaging with security engineers, SOC analysts, and technical leadership.
- Strong communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Must be based in Italy with the ability to work from the Milan office or Rome.
Nice to have
- Experience with security operations, SOC workflows, threat detection, or incident response.
- Familiarity with customer success platforms, health scoring, and adoption analytics.
