What you will do

  • Build and deliver scalable implementation and enablement processes to educate customers on best practices.
  • Develop deep product expertise in ElevenAgents and ElevenCreative to enable basic and complex use cases.
  • Audit customer agent prompts and configurations to identify gaps and provide value-add recommendations.
  • Track adoption metrics and partner with Revenue Operations to create data-driven strategy playbooks.
  • Deliver targeted enablement campaigns, including regional live workshops and webinars.
  • Coordinate with FDE, GTM, CX, and Engineering teams to unify the customer adoption journey.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in implementation, solutions consulting, or technical account management at a technical SaaS or AI-native company.
  • Experience with voice AI, TTS, conversational AI, or developer-facing products.
  • Proven track record of building adoption programs, onboarding tracks, and self-serve content.
  • Strong systems thinking with a focus on automating workflows using AI tools.
  • Highly analytical approach to identifying trends and standardizing best practices.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
