is an innovative startup building an Agent of Record for consumer brands that collapses disconnected support tools into a single, intelligent agent.
What you will do
- Own a portfolio of Growth and Strategic accounts from post-onboarding through long-term success.
- Translate customer goals into concrete success plans tied to operational and CX metrics.
- Diagnose performance issues and lead improvement plans with clear owners and timelines.
- Independently identify and close expansion opportunities while managing renewal negotiations.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to turn customer feedback into actionable product improvements.
- Lead training sessions and create enablement content for key stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3+ years in Customer Success Management, account management, or client-facing strategic roles with complex software solutions.
- Startup background essential with experience in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Enterprise experience managing complex organizations and selling to multiple stakeholders.
- Hands-on prompt engineering experience with the ability to optimize AI responses and refine model outputs.
- Proven track record of independently renewing and expanding enterprise customers, including negotiating $100k+ deals.
- Technical proficiency with API integrations, conversation flow design, and business intelligence tools.

- Experience with a native AI technology company.
- E-commerce or CX industry experience.
