What you will do

• Shape requirements and specifications for AI-native products, including autonomous agents and agentic workflows.
• Work with customers to validate ideas and ground the product in real-world utility workflows.
• Develop and drive a compelling vision for AI-native enterprise software in the energy sector.
• Translate product vision into a clear, prioritized roadmap.
• Collaborate with software engineers to define, prototype, and iterate on AI-powered features.
• Assess emerging AI technologies and tools relevant to the company's product strategy.

Requirements

• Must be based in the EU
• Background in product management, software engineering, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with agentic workflows or conversational AI systems.
• Solid understanding of software architecture, cloud computing, and API design.
• Working knowledge of data privacy and security considerations in AI.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
