What you will do

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives in the LATAM market.
• Lead end-to-end requirements gathering through stakeholder interviews and workshops, producing BRDs, FRDs, and user stories.
• Identify and champion use cases for AI, ML, NLP, and Intelligent Automation (RPA, IDP, conversational AI) across business units.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical engineering, data science, and QA teams.
• Prioritize product backlogs using data-driven frameworks and facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
• Conduct gap analysis and as-is/to-be process mapping to identify automation opportunities.

Requirements

• 7+ years of combined experience in Product Management and Business Analysis.
• Proven track record of delivering AI, ML, or Intelligent Automation products from discovery to production.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, including supervised/unsupervised learning, NLP, and LLMs.
• Experience with process mapping/BPMN and automation platforms like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate.
• Fluent English proficiency; professional proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is strongly preferred.
• Experience working with cross-functional distributed teams in Agile/Scrum environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with Generative AI tools and LLM-based product development.
• Industry background in Healthcare or Hi-Tech within the LATAM region.
• Exposure to MLOps practices, data governance, and responsible AI frameworks.
